This single-varietal Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the "Sous les Trous" vineyard in the commune of Bonneil (Marne Valley). Crafted by Alexandre Grimée in Azy-sur-Marne, this wine is from the 2022 harvest. Vinification took place in oak barrels , and the wine is unfined and unfiltered , highlighting the winemaker's artisanal approach ("Artisan of life on one hectare"). It is a Brut Nature , with no added sugar at disgorgement. Bottled on April 12, 2023, this cuvée was disgorged on July 18, 2025 , and was produced in a limited edition of 2,723 bottles .
