This wine is made using a minimal-intervention approach: vinification uses indigenous yeasts and bacteria , maceration lasts approximately ten days in barrels, followed by aging in oak barrels for 24 months . The wine is also described as unchaptalized, unfined, and unfiltered . This limited production of 813 bottles was bottled in November 2024.

The palate is silky, with fine, integrated tannins, a lovely acidity that ensures freshness, and a long finish of fruit and noble oak.
