Straightforward, vinous, and remarkably straightforward. Intense aromas of red fruit (raspberry, cherry) typical of Pinot Noir from the Aube region. Present minerality and a long, dry finish, without any artificial dosage. The bubbles are fine and the acidity well-integrated.

Ideal with smoked foods (salmon, trout), fine charcuterie, beef tataki, or dry goat cheeses. Its purity pairs well with bold flavors.
