The Saignée de Bisseuil cuvée from Champagne Antoine Bouvet comes from the Les Hautes plot, planted in 1964 on the Bisseuil terroir. This 100% Pinot Noir saignée rosé is vinified without compromise, with zero dosage and natural fermentation .
Harvested in 2022 , drawn on June 6, 2023 and disgorged on May 28, 2025 , this wine presents a mineral tension , a strong structure and an aromatic purity . The total SO₂ is limited to 22 mg/L , and the residual sugar is zero .
