This "Intégrale 2021" Champagne is a single-varietal Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature produced by SARL Antoine Chevalier in Vitry-en-Perthois. This limited-edition cuvée showcases the integrity of its Chardonnay vineyards (100%), primarily located in Vitry-en-Perthois, Couvrot, and Val-de-Viède. Vinification is carried out entirely naturally: using indigenous yeasts, aging on lees in barrels and stoneware, with no added sulfites, filtration, or fining. The wine has no dosage ( 0 g/L ). Limited to just 498 bottles, it is also certified biodynamic (Demeter).
