The Union Grand Cru Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Aurore Casanova embodies the genesis of the estate: the union of two people , two terroirs , two grape varieties and two spirits .

Sourced from the Grand Cru vineyards of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Puisieulx , this cuvée blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the 2020 and 2019 vintages, as well as a perpetual reserve . Bottling took place on August 3, 2021 , and disgorgement is dated October 9, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 0 g/L .
