The Union Grand Cru Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Aurore Casanova embodies the genesis of the estate: the union of two people , two terroirs , two grape varieties and two spirits .
Coming from the Grand Cru terroirs of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Puisieulx , this cuvée combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir , from the 2020 and 2019 harvests and a perpetual reserve . The bottling took place on August 3, 2021 , and the disgorgement is dated October 9, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 0 g/L .
