La Jonciale is an expressive and indulgent cuvée from Champagne Barrat-Masson , made from the liveliest and fruitiest juices of the 2021 harvest. This " sur lie " champagne celebrates the harmony between earth and sky, with a vinification that preserves the vitality of the fruit.

Composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay , the blend is based on a balance between 50% cuvée and 50% taille . Vinification is carried out 85% in tank and 15% in barrel , including 4.5% in new oak barrels , to bring complexity and roundness.
