Bastien Leclerc's C69.21 Les Cornabeaux Champagne is a single-vineyard, vintage Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. It is made from old Chardonnay vines planted in 1969, located in the Congy terroir, a south-facing plot with a steep slope. The wine's distinctive character stems from its complex soil: thick, flinty clay in the upper section, and fine clay resting on deep chalk in the lower section. Cultivated with respect for the environment, this champagne is produced in small quantities (2,100 bottles) with minimal dosage.
