Description

This 2019 Vintage Cramant Grand Cru Extra-Brut Champagne is a single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs from the Bérêche & Fils estate. It is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from two emblematic vineyard sites in Cramant, a Grand Cru appellation in the Côte des Blancs: "Le Bateau" and "Chemin de Châlons" . Production is very limited ( 2,809 bottles). It is crafted according to the house's traditional methods: old vines, fermentation in oak barrels, aging on lees, unfiltered wine, and secondary fermentation under cork. The dosage is very low ( 3 g/L ).
