This 2015 Extra Brut vintage is produced by Bertrand-Delespierre from three Premier Cru villages: Chamery, Écueil and Villedommange . The blend is perfectly balanced: 1/3 Chardonnay , 1/3 Pinot Noir , 1/3 Meunier .
The wine is disgorged in March 2024 , with a homemade liqueur dosed at 2 g/L – Extra Brut. Vinified from 100% vintages , without malolactic fermentation , in stainless steel vats , and without fining or filtration. This confidential edition is limited to 7700 bottles .
The culture is based on spontaneous grassing and mechanical ploughing , respectful of the soil and biodiversity. Developed in Chamery by SCEV Bertrand-Delespierre – RM-27279-01 .
