Brice Allouchery 's Les Sablons 2019 Extra Brut cuvée comes from a sandy-clay terroir located in Écueil , a village classified as Premier Cru . It combines 80% Pinot Noir with 20% Chardonnay , expressing the typicity of a sunny and precise vintage.
The draw was carried out in July 2020 , for a confidential total of 1,395 bottles . The vintage was disgorged in December 2023 , with an Extra Brut dosage . Produced by Clos des Prés , under the reference RM-20047-03 .
