This 2022 Bouzy Rouge is a still wine from the Coteaux Champenois AOC, produced by the Brice family in Bouzy. Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the vineyard sites known as "Les Doyennes," "Basses Brousse," and "Les Hauts Vaudayants," it is aged in 228L and 500L barrels. Unfermented, unfined, and unchaptalized, this wine expresses a natural and artisanal approach to the Champagne terroir, in its limited-production red version.
