This Rosé Champagne is produced by Camille Savès , a winemaker in Bouzy since 1894. It comes exclusively from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy, renowned for the exceptional quality of its grapes.
The cuvée combines 60% Chardonnay , 28% Pinot Noir and 12% Bouzy Rouge , a renowned red wine harvested in the best localities of the village. This blended rosé offers a beautiful aromatic complexity and a strong structure.
