The 2021 Le Champ des Maladries vintage from Champagne Carré Frères is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from two emblematic plots:

  • Le Champ Jeanvrai (planted in 1964) – Trépail Premier Cru
  • Les Maladries (planted in 2005) – Verzy Grand Cru

The wine is aged in barrels for 11 months with malolactic fermentation . It reaches a maturity of 11.2° . Disgorgement is dated December 6, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 1.2 g/L .

Limited edition of 5890 bottles and 152 magnums .
