Crayère: minerality and characterful breeding
The Crayère cuvée from the Cazé-Thibaut estate is a pure and vibrant expression of the chalky terroir of Châtillon-sur-Marne , in the heart of the Marne Valley .
Made mainly from Pinot Meunier , complemented by Chardonnay , this Brut Nature cuvée reveals a rare density, brought by aging in wood, without fining or filtration. A lively, taut, and deeply distinctive wine, with aromas of yellow fruits, sweet spices and smoky touches. The saline finish evokes all the power of the chalky subsoils.
