A vibrant and committed Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru
Élise Bougy 's Le Mont-Chainqueux cuvée is a Brut Nature Premier Cru Champagne , made from Pinot Noir and Meunier grown biodynamically on the slopes of Les Mesneux . The vines were planted in 1965 by Yves and Marie-Louise Bougy, and this cuvée pays homage to their heritage.
Vinified without filtration, fining, or unnecessary intervention, this champagne is aged in oak barrels and fermented naturally. It embodies a vibrant approach to wine, respectful of the fruit and the soil.
