A vibrant and committed Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru

The Le Mont-Chainqueux cuvée from Élise Bougy is a Premier Cru Brut Nature Champagne , made from Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes grown biodynamically on the slopes of Les Mesneux . The vines were planted in 1965 by Yves and Marie-Louise Bougy, and this cuvée pays homage to their heritage.

Made without filtration, fining, or unnecessary intervention, this champagne is aged in oak barrels and fermented naturally. It embodies a vibrant approach to winemaking, respectful of the fruit and the terroir.
