A terroir-driven, precise and vibrant champagne

Emmanuel Brochet 's 2017 vintage is a Premier Cru Extra Brut Champagne from Villers-aux-Noeuds . This wine is made from a balanced blend of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Chardonnay , selected from the grapes, cultivated according to the principles of organic farming.

Vinified and aged for 11 months in barrels on lees, then refined for 6 years in bottles, this unfiltered and unfined champagne expresses all the complexity of its terroir. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, for a pure and lively style.
