A terroir-driven champagne, precise and vibrant

Emmanuel Brochet 's 2017 vintage is a Premier Cru Extra Brut Champagne from Villers-aux-Noeuds . This wine is made from a balanced blend of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Chardonnay , using massal selection, and cultivated according to the principles of organic farming.

Vinified and aged for 11 months in oak barrels on its lees, then refined for 6 years in bottles, this unfiltered and unfined champagne expresses the full complexity of its terroir. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, resulting in a pure and vibrant style.
