Partition 2018 is a single-vineyard blend from Champagne JM Sélèque , made from grapes grown in 7 lieux-dits (named vineyard sites) in Pierry-Moussy, Épernay and Vinay . This blend reflects the richness of the Champagne terroirs, with a predominance of Meunier (75%) , complemented by Chardonnay (20%) and Pinot Noir (5%) .
Vinified entirely in oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation , the wine is aged for 10 months on its lees without racking. Bottled in July 2019 and disgorged in February 2022 , it is dosed at 1 g/l to preserve its tension and precision. Limited production: 3,000 bottles .
