It is a blend of three prestigious terroirs from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, and Cuis. Made from massal selection Chardonnay, this wine reflects a low-intervention approach (unfiltered, unfined) and a quest for precision. With a light dosage of 3.2 g/L, this Extra Brut cuvée offers a perfect balance between fruit ripeness and the mineral tension characteristic of chalky soils.
