A living terroir, precision viticulture
Maxime Oudiette has created a rare and vibrant vintage here, produced from a single vineyard— Les Hautes Sources Souris —located in the heart of Beaunay . Only 1,590 bottles were produced for this limited vintage, where Pinot Noir expresses itself on soils combining brown clay and limestone.
Respect for the ecosystem, vinification without fining or filtration , and a long aging of 111 months in 228-liter barrels give this vintage depth, finesse, and mineral purity. A sincere expression of the place, faithful to the natural philosophy of this artisan winemaker.
