Unique plot and old-fashioned work
Coming from the place called Les Commes , in the commune of Polisot (Côte des Bar), this Extra Brut Champagne by Petit Clergeot comes from a vine planted in 1971 , facing south/southeast at the top of the hill. Careful, traditional work enhances this unique plot where life and traditions guide every action.
The mixed vat and barrel vinification, without dosage, reveals the chiseled identity of this limestone and clay terroir. A champagne of character, precise, straightforward, and profoundly sincere.
