Grande Vallée: the Pouillon signature
The Grande Vallée cuvée perfectly embodies the style of the R. Pouillon & Fils house. Originating from several emblematic villages of the Marne Valley – Mareuil, Mutigny, Épernay, Avenay, Festigny – this carefully crafted single-vineyard cuvée pays homage to the diversity of the soils and grape varieties of Champagne.
Fabrice Pouillon 's artisanal method – natural secondary fermentation with indigenous yeasts and sugar derived from the grapes – yields a structured, fresh, complex, and authentic wine. Red fruit aromas, chalky tension, and fine bubbles define this exceptional, handcrafted champagne.
