Chartogne-Taillet - Sainte Anne
Chartogne-Taillet - Sainte Anne
This "Sainte Anne" Extra-Brut Champagne is a blended cuvée from the Chartogne-Taillet estate in Merfy. It is composed of the three Champagne grape varieties, with Chardonnay as the dominant grape (50 % ). This wine reflects meticulous vineyard work and a traditional, sustainable approach (soil tilling with horses, no herbicides). Vinification and aging take place in oak barrels for nine months without added yeast or filtration, resulting in remarkable richness and complexity.
