The La Noue cuvée from Domaine Claude Riffault is a Sancerre Rouge from the lieu-dit La Noue , located at an altitude of 250 meters , facing South-Southeast on Kimmeridgian soil .

This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown using organic and biodynamic methods , hand-harvested and then aged for 18 months . It is bottled by Stéphane Riffault , a winemaker in Sury-en-Vaux , with respect for the terroir and the environment.
