The Les Chailloux cuvée from Domaine Claude Riffault is a Sancerre Blanc lieu-dit Les Chailloux, located at 240 meters altitude , facing South-West on flint soil.

This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown using organic and biodynamic methods , hand-harvested and then aged for 14 months . It is bottled by Stéphane Riffault , a winemaker in Sury-en-Vaux , with respect for the terroir and the environment.
