The Les Chasseignes cuvée from Domaine Claude Riffault is a Sancerre Blanc lieu-dit Les Chasseignes, located at 280 meters altitude , facing South-East on limestone soil.

This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown using organic and biodynamic methods , hand-harvested and then aged for 14 months . It is bottled by Stéphane Riffault , a winemaker in Sury-en-Vaux , with respect for the terroir and the environment.
