The Castille Blanc de Blancs cuvée from Champagne Colin is a Brut from the Vertus Premier Cru terroir. This cuvée, emblematic of the House's expertise, is a pure Chardonnay. It is made from the 2023 harvest and the estate's perpetual reserve. The winemaking process follows the principles of cultivating the soil and vines in harmony with nature. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and oak casks, then matured on its fine lees for 18 to 30 months. This Premier Cru Champagne is the expression of a family style that combines finesse with the authenticity of the terroir.
