This Champagne, "L'Aphrodisiaque," is crafted by David Léclapart in Trépail, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. This sparkling wine is a single-vineyard cuvée that embodies the winemaker's principles: Purity, Energy, Pleasure, and Ecology. The estate employs biodynamic methods (certified by Ecocert and AB ) to respect these four fundamental elements. The wine, labeled "Pas Dosé" (no added sugar), was disgorged in July 2024 and has an alcohol content of 13.5% vol .
