This "L'Astre" Premier Cru Zero Dosage Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs (implicitly referring to Pinot Noir or Meunier) produced by David Léclapart in Trépail (Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims). The estate is managed according to biodynamic principles (ECOCERT certified), a philosophy focused on "Purity, Energy, Pleasure, Ecology," and whose aim is to best express the terroir by excluding all chemical fertilizers or herbicides. This wine is a Zero Dosage (no added sugar) and was disgorged in April 2025. It comes from the 2020 harvest (indicated by L.V20).
