The Fauve #Pas Dosé 2018 cuvée from Champagne Delouvin Nowack explores the mineral identity of the chalky micro-terroirs of Vandières through a blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Meunier , from old vines cultivated on white marl .
After aging for at least 72 months in the cellar, the wine is disgorged in October 2024 without any added sugar ( Brut Nature ) and produced in just 5,649 bottles , in a refined and slender expression of the 2018 vintage.
