Dhondt-Grellet — Cramant Grand Cru

105,00 € 140,00 € / 1 l

Description

This cuvée is a true expression of pure chalk. Made from 55-year-old vines located in the Grand Cru terroir of Cramant, this Blanc de Blancs benefits from an east and west exposure, offering a perfect balance between ripeness and freshness. Adrien Dhondt employs a unique winemaking method, incorporating 30% of a perpetual reserve begun in 1986, which brings exceptional depth and complexity to the base of the 2022 vintage. This is a haute couture wine, crafted through traditional viticulture and meticulous soil work.
