A Champagne of expression, rooted in excellence
With its Tradition Extra Brut cuvée, the Diebolt-Vallois house produces a vibrant Champagne with a strong identity. This wine embodies the art of blending, combining the finesse of Chardonnay with the structure of Pinot Noir , from Cuis, Épernay and the sunny slopes of the Côte des Bar .
The wine comes from a thoughtful blend: 40% from the 2018 harvest , and 60% from 2021 , drawn in 2022. It is then aged for 3 years on lees in the historic cellars of Cramant . The low dosage of 4g/L reveals the purity of the fruit without masking the energy of the terroir.
Carefully crafted by SARL Diebolt-Vallois – NM-505-001 , this artisanal cuvée reflects the philosophy of a sincere Champagne, designed to last and seduce with its precision.
