An expressive Champagne, rooted in high standards
With its Tradition Extra Brut cuvée, the Diebolt-Vallois house has created a vibrant Champagne with a strong identity. This wine embodies the art of blending, combining the finesse of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir , sourced from Cuis, Épernay and the sunny slopes of the Côte des Bar .
The wine is a carefully considered blend: 40% from the 2018 harvest and 60% from 2021 , bottled in 2022. It is then aged for three years on its lees in the historic cellars of Cramant . The low dosage of 4g/L reveals the purity of the fruit without masking the energy of the terroir.
