Domaine Méa has created an atypical single-vineyard cuvée, born from the meeting of the northern and southern terroirs of the Montagne de Reims . Called L'Assemblage 21 , it is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay , and embodies a lively balance between power and finesse.
This Premier Cru Extra Brut is produced without artifice , with a dosage of 3 g/L. Vinified with care by Sophie and Franck Moussié , it is disgorged in January 2025. The estate's approach is part of an organic and biodynamic logic, driven by an artisanal vision of living champagne.
