Domaine Méa 's Grillon 20 , vinified with care by Sophie & Franck Moussié , is an Extra Brut cuvée of great purity. It comes from the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims , classified as Premier Cru , reflecting the finesse of Chardonnay (70%) and the structure of Pinot Noir (30%) .
The dosage is minimal (3 g/L), ensuring a clear expression of the terroir. Disgorging was carried out in May 2024. The bottle indicates an alcoholic strength of 12.5% vol , with a marketing under the reference RM-25350-01 , produced in Louvois .
