Description

The "La Tuilerie" cuvée is a Blanc de Blancs of singular purity, produced from a single plot located in Vandières, in the Marne Valley. Flavien Nowack cultivates Chardonnay there with a holistic approach, protecting the soil with winter cover crops and nurturing it with plant-based preparations. This wine, from the 2013 harvest, has benefited from extended "Long Vieillissement" (LV) aging under cork since 2014. Vinified in oak barrels without filtration or fining, it is a "living" Champagne that seeks to re-establish the direct connection between the soil and the fruit.
