L'Aphyllante is a rare and powerful cuvée from Domaine Vaïsse , located in Aniane, in the heart of the Hérault region . This red wine is made from pure Mourvèdre , grown naturally on clay-limestone soils rich in pebbles.

The 2019 vintage reveals a deep and mineral expression , with a strong structure and great aging potential .
