Domaine Vincey's Endogène Champagne is a prestigious cuvée, a Blanc de Blancs from the Grand Cru vineyard of Oger. Limited to just 1,000 bottles, it showcases Chardonnay grapes from old vines on hillside plots, cultivated with respect for the soil and without synthetic chemicals. Characterized by a very long aging process of 60 months in the cellar after barrel maturation, this champagne is a Brut Nature with a profound character. Its method of bottling with indigenous yeasts and sugars gives this cuvée a faithful and intense expression of the Grand Cru terroir.
