This Grand Jardin Champagne from Domaine Vincey is a single- vineyard Blanc de Blancs from the Grand Cru vineyards of Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The 2021 vintage, limited to 2,370 bottles, is made from a massal selection of Chardonnay grapes from 1967. Produced using a "natural" approach (without added additives or sulfites) and currently undergoing conversion to organic and biodynamic farming, it benefits from careful aging for 12 months in oak barrels. This Brut Nature is a profound, rich, and subtly oaked expression of the Grand Cru terroir of Oger.
