This Domaine Vincey Lieu-Dit Vignes de Germinon Champagne is an exceptional Blanc de Blancs. Originating from the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs, it is a single-vineyard expression of Chardonnay vines undergoing conversion to organic and biodynamic farming. This 2021 vintage, produced in only 2,334 bottles, is vinified and aged using natural methods, without any added additives or sulfites, and then aged for an extended period on its lees. Its rarity and artisanal approach result in a Brut Nature of great purity.
