This Grand Cru Champagne is produced by SAS Egly-Ouriet in Ambonnay. It is an Extra-Brut made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced exclusively from their Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims (Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay).

On the palate, the champagne offers a lively and creamy attack. The Grand Cru designation translates into power, remarkable bubble fineness, and a long, saline finish.
