Tasting profile
Tasting profile
An intense and profound nose, characterized by notes of candied yellow fruits, gingerbread, toast, and a complex chalky minerality. Extended aging and vinification in oak barrels impart great richness.
On the palate, the champagne is powerful, vinous, and structured. The Extra-Brut at 1 g/L ensures remarkable purity, supported by a creamy texture and a very long finish.
Serving temperature: Between 10°C and 12°C
