Description

This Extra-Brut "Le Mont Benoit" Champagne is crafted by Emmanuel Brochet in Villers-aux-Nœuds. It is distinguished by its artisanal approach: the cuvée is made from the 2021 harvest, complemented by 40% reserve wines, aged for an extended period in oak barrels ( 11 months) on its lees, and produced using indigenous yeasts. This blend of the three main grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) is neither filtered nor fined, ensuring a pure and complete expression of the terroir.
