Rosé d'Assemblage is a confidential cuvée from Champagne Emmanuel Brochet , made from 90% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir grown on the sandy-gravelly limestone soils of the Petite Montagne de Reims .

This rosé is made with indigenous yeasts , aged for 11 months in barrels on its lees , without fining or filtration. It is certified organic and reflects a handcrafted and vibrant approach to the terroir. The 2022 vintage was produced in a limited edition of only 6,111 bottles .
