This 2021 vintage Champagne is vinified and aged in oak barrels and is unfiltered . The winemaking process involved spontaneous fermentation and a controlled malolactic fermentation. With a very low dosage of 2 grams per liter , it is classified as Extra-Brut . The bottle was disgorged in January 2025 and has an alcohol content of 12.5% ABV .

A vintage Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru combining power and precision. One can expect an intense mineral structure, toasty and spicy notes from the oak, aromas of ripe white fruits (pear, peach), and a very long and taut finish due to its very low dosage.
