This "Clos des Maladies" Champagne is a Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) from a Grand Cru vineyard in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. It is produced by SARL Étienne Calsac in Avize. This 2021 vintage Champagne is vinified and aged in oak barrels and is unfiltered . The winemaking process involved spontaneous fermentation and a controlled malolactic fermentation. With a very low dosage of 2 grams per liter , it is classified as Extra-Brut . The bottle was disgorged in January 2025 and has an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​ABV .
