The Dis cuvée, “Vin Secret” by Françoise Bedel , is a profound and confidential expression of a living terroir. Made mainly from the 2018 harvest , it combines 70% Pinot Meunier , 25% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay .
The estate has been cultivated biodynamically since 1988 , with total respect for the vines and their environment. This Champagne is aged for 4 years on lees and was disgorged in June 2023. Françoise Bedel's approach is based on a sensitive philosophy: “The knowledge of the terroir, the flavor of knowledge.”
