The Entre Ciel & Terre cuvée embodies a subtle balance between mineral tension and aromatic breadth. It reflects the philosophy of Françoise Bedel , who has cultivated her estate biodynamically since 1998 , with a deep respect for living things and natural rhythms.
Made primarily from the 2016 vintage , this cuvée is crafted from 40% Chardonnay , 30% Pinot Meunier , and 30% Pinot Noir . The wine is aged for six years on its lees and disgorged in June 2023. The estate is located in Crouttes-sur-Marne , in the heart of the Marne Valley.
