The Entre Ciel & Terre vintage embodies a subtle balance between mineral tension and aromatic breadth. It reflects the philosophy of Françoise Bedel , who has been cultivating her estate biodynamically since 1998 , with a deep respect for life and natural rhythms.
Made mainly from the 2016 harvest , this vintage is made from 40% Chardonnay , 30% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir . The wine is aged for 6 years on lees and disgorged in June 2023. The estate is located in Crouttes-sur-Marne , in the heart of the Marne Valley.
