The Jouvence 2012 Brut de Champagne Françoise Bedel cuvée embodies the estate's commitment to biodynamic viticulture practiced since 1998. This champagne is an ode to the life of the soil , to the respected vine and to the pure expression of the terroir .
A blend of 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir , this cuvée is aged for 6 years on lees before disgorgement in January 2020 .
It reflects the philosophy of the estate: "The knowledge of the land, the flavor of knowledge" .
