The Jouvence 2012 Brut cuvée from Champagne Françoise Bedel embodies the estate's commitment to biodynamic viticulture , which has been practiced since 1998. This champagne is an ode to the life of the soil , to respected vines and to the pure expression of the terroir .
A blend of 95% Pinot Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir , this vintage is aged for 6 years on lees before disgorging in January 2020. It reflects the estate's philosophy: "The knowledge of the terroir, the flavor of knowledge."
