Description

This Frédéric Savart Champagne is a Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) from the Premier Cru vineyard of Écueil, in the Montagne de Reims. It is from the 2021 vintage and the lieu-dit "Les Noues," reflecting the winemaker's approach to "singular, distinctive wines." With a very low dosage of 1.5 g/l, this wine is classified as Extra-Brut . Limited to just 3,236 bottles, this Champagne will be disgorged in May 2025 and is intended to be the pure and passionate expression of the Écueil terroir.
