This Frédéric Savart Champagne is a single-vineyard, 2020 vintage cuvée made exclusively from the "Le Mont Benoit" vineyard in Villers-aux-Noeuds (Premier Cru). This old-vine wine is dominated by Pinot Noir (95%), complemented by 5% Chardonnay. Offered as an Extra-Brut with a very low dosage (3.3 g/l), it will be disgorged in October 2025. Produced in limited quantities (3,646 bottles), this Champagne is a gastronomic wine, seeking to express the richness, complexity, and unique identity of this terroir.
