This 2023 Coteaux Champenois "Chardonnay - Les Plantes" is a still white wine produced by Gaspard Brochet of Domaine Les Croix in Écueil, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is renowned for its pure, mineral, and precise expression of the terroir, thanks to careful vinification and aging in oak barrels, and produced using biodynamic practices.
